Instructions for existing Outlook users

Users who are already using Outlook to check email should use the following instructions to setup the new Office 365 account. Note that only users of Outlook 2016 will be able to setup the Office 365 email before the cutover date. If you are using Outlook 2013 or 2010 you will need to wait until 6:00 am on Monday to complete the setup.

  • Add Office 365 account to Outlook 2016 on (PC) or (Mac)
  • Add Office 365 account to Outlook 2013/2010 on (PC) or (Mac)
